Ruffled Up
I ordered my first ever item from Etsy at the weekend and it arrived today. It was a necessity rather than an indulgence as I was rapidly running out of baker's twine. I was very good and photographed the beautiful packaging before ripping it open!
Apparently I was Cristina's first Etsy purchase - how sweet. To beginner's together! But let's get back to what was inside:
Please ignore the bad lighting on these photos - it's raining again. Lovely buttons perfect for my new shelf
Thanks Cristina, - it will be used tonight.
Back to my shop update and sneak peek. I decided that I HAD to have ruffles on one of the new items and so out came the ruffler. Then I realised that I had somehow acquired two.
The upshot is that it's up for sale in the shop. It comes with the original box and I have written brief directions for use on the listing. SOLD - Thanks
And if you want to know what the finished ruffles look like - here's another sneek peak
Aren't I bad teasing you with another sneek peak?
you are a mean girl!

Lindie at Craft Apple was only saying a couple of posts ago, that the ruffler was her favourite toy. Are they easy to use ?

Those sneek peaks are great! I'm intrigued by the ruffler and will have to look out for one of those on ebay or etsy :)
Love your etsy shop and reading your blog regularly.

Yes, I'm having a lot of fun experimenting with ruffles on the things I'm making. What a brilliant invention! It's a great way to give texture to projects.
