I felt like checking in with you all in blog world, as I am missing my posting and interaction with everyone. But as posting has been very sporadic lately, I have a feeling that this post is also going to be all over the shop too.
Yesterday was spent with Keanan having a friend over as it is half term, and me catching up after this weekend. I attended the Cowdbridge Food Festival on both Saturday and Sunday. Tow full days: Saturday was dreary with rain but the weather brightened up Sunday.
What with all the hapenings of the past few weeks, I really didn't have the inclination to do much in preparation. But truth be told, I had a ton of stuff from market etc already. The only exception was that I made a pile of tote bags to take.
And wasn't I pleasantly surprised!
I had three of these little gingerbread men and they all found good homes.
But my biggest seller in terms of quantity were these:
I sold about 15 of them. So last night was spent replenishing my stock for the two Christmas evenings and markets to come.
They were two long days, but well worth it financially. Plus I met some lovely people that I am hoping to meet up with again.
And if that wasn't enough. Look what I received through the post.
and
from Nichola. Nichola if you read this before I e-mail you tonight. THANKS! and I will mail you to say thanks properly later on this evening.
Thanks again for each and every comment I've received about my grandfather. His funeral is tomorrow and we are all going as a family. Boys included. Not something to look forward to, but we are all going to say goodbye properly to him.
Will be back soon.

I'm glad you sold so well on the Festival :)
Good luck with the funeral tomorrow!
