Back in the land of the living
I have been going stir crazy round here this week. It has been a bad week health-wise. Both boys were off school Tuesday and Wednesday and whilst Ethan returned yesterday, Kenan didn't. It was the usual stuff: high temperatures/coughs/colds etc. But there now seems to be light at the end of the tunnel.
Suffering withdrawal systems, Ethan and I popped into a charity shop after school and we found this min sewing machine. It's only a simple machine and I am quite sure that any rough handling and it will break - but until that happens, it keeps Ethan occupied and doesn't involve the TV of X-Box. Who knows, maybe he'll make someone a lovely husband!
Although I haven't done any sewing for days, due to two sick boys, I did sort out my studio a while ago and put aside some fabric that I probably won't use.
I wonder whether anyone is interested in a swap for this piece. I think it's vintage and it is cotton. Measurements: 115cm by 136cm
I am game for a swap - it doesn't have to be fabric. It could be something you have made, an unwanted craft book, haberdashery etc. And it can be anywhere in the world. Please e-mail me if you are interested.
not in need of any fabric, though that print is awfully cute! hoe you all feel better soon. (and theres nothing like a clean studio to go mess up!) :)

Glad your boys are feeling better. That's cool that your son likes to sew. Only one of my daughters is interested in it, but she's still afraid of the machine.
